New commander meets the team

Senior Airman Devon Winters, an aerospace ground equipment mechanic in the 932nd Maintenance Squadron, meets the new 932nd Airlift Wing commander, Col. Jonathan Philebaum, April 2, 2016, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Philebaum met with several Airmen, like Winters, during his immersion tour over the April unit training assembly.
