Making an impression to civilians

Commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing in Illinois, Col. Jonathan Philebaum, center, spoke to Mississippi civic leaders who came to visit the base recently as part of an Air Mobility Command event. The 403rd Hurricane Hunters flew the group in on a C-130 and the 932nd Airlift Wing provided a nice C-40C static display and interaction with pilots, maintainers and flight attendants.
