Honor guard makes retirement special

A final tribute from the 932nd Airlift Wing Honor Guard at the Illinois Air Force Reserve unit went to Chief Master Sgt. James Hutto (at far right) who was happy and pleased to receive this flag of the United States, commemorating his years of service.
