Listening to the voice of experience

New trainees listen intently to higher ranking experienced Airmen as current 932nd Airlift Wing members speak to the newcomers to military service, and welcome them to the Air Force Reserve ranks at Scott Air Force Base. Those getting ready to go to basic training are able to work on drill and ceremony practice during the Illinois Air Force Reserve Command monthly unit training assembly. The staff can be reached during the drill weekend. The 932nd AW is an Air Force Reserve Unit that flies the C-40C. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech Sgt. Christopher Parr)
