Time to pack up the life raft after training

After an intense class, it's time to pack up the raft equipment. An Air Force Reserve Command survival instructor came out recently and spoke to members of the 932nd Airlift Wing's Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron during a specialized training event at the Scott Air Force Base pool. The training was designed to make sure they can take care of themselves and others during an emergency involving water landings. The students learned how to stay alive in challenging water environments if a plane ever goes down in an ocean, river or lake. (U.S. Air Force photo/Maj. Stan Paregien)
