Lt. Col. Stephanie Boehning, the 932nd Airlift Wing process improvement manager, gives the welcoming message before the unit SAPR training, which covers Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, a 90-minute block of annual SAPR training the Air Force developed to educate the force with the theme “Eliminate Sexual Assault: Know your part.
