Commendation medal presented to Master Sgt. during wing commander's call

Col. Karl Goerke, commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, presents the Air Force Commendation Medal (first oak leaf cluster) to Master Sgt. Mark Frizzo for outstanding achievement during his work in Afghanistan and Operation Enduring Freedom.
