Members of the 932nd Airlift Wing began a two-week Non-Comissioned Officers Leadership Course (NCOLC) this week at Scott Air Force Base. Members attending the class were put into groups, given specific materials and were told to construct an apparatus that could transport an egg safely, and then test the device by dropping it from various heights. The purpose of the exercise was to show the class how to affectively work in teams. Members attending the class were instructed Senior Master Sgt. Martin Walker, the Program Manager for Air Force Reserve Command, facilitated the course and stated, "It's important because we need to have prepared leaders to take on the next mission and this class provides that leadership training."
