All in for positive change during AFSO 21 project
932nd performance planner, Lt. Col. Stephanie Boehning, described the Green Belt program held in the 932nd Airlift Wing as a chance to listen to a process improvement plan presentation. It was during a AFSO 21 Green Belt certification course held during a final outbrief at the 932nd Airlift Wing, Scott Air Force Base recently. Those who attended were active duty, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve members stationed at Scott Air Force Base near Belleville. The course was designed to teach participants how to improve processes and cut out waste in their respective businesses. (U.S. Air Force photo/Maj. Stan Paregien)
