Covering the volunteers who helped at the Memorial Day parade public event from a variety of angles is Tech. Sgt. Christopher Parr, public affairs specialist and noncommissioned officer in charge. He is a traditional PA reservist and enjoys attending the monthly unit training assembly to tell the story of the wing's Airmen.
