In this historic photo, 12th Operational Weather Flight Meteorlogist Capt. Chris Higgins greets General David Petraeus at the Combined Air and Space Operations Center in Southwest Asia. Captain Higgins was part of the CAOC team selected to brief General Patraeus while he was visiting. Captain Higgins served as Deputy Chief of the Weather Support team at the CAOC. As a civilian back in Missouri, Chris is a meteorologist with Fox 2 News in St. Louis. At the 932nd Airlift Wing, he helps keep tabs on the weather inside the 12th Weather Flight, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
