PARTLY SUNNY. A 50 PERCENT CHANCE OF SNOW IN THE MORNING. BLOWING
AND DRIFTING SNOW IN THE MORNING. HIGH AROUND 30. WEST WIND 10 TO
15 MPH. GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH IN THE MORNING.
