Chaplain (Capt.) Howard Bell, retired Lt. Col. David Bell and Col. Jay Flournoy, 932nd Wing Commander pose after the award ceremony. Chaplain Bell received the U.S. Army Commendation Medal for his work at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan during an an AEF tour. Chaplain Bell's father served during World War II in England and Germany.
