Preparing for an early morning mission
Senior Master Sgt. James Marler prepares for an overnight mission getting patients ready to fly on a C-17 aircraft Jan. 25. He serves as a flight leader for the Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility, where he oversees processing of all patients awaiting aeromedical evacuation.
