Scott AFB--Capt. Christopher HIggins was seleced as the 932nd Airlift Wing Company Grade Officer of the Year. He is assigned to the 12th Operational Weather Flight as a staff weather officer. Captain Higgins is a traditional reservist and in civilian life is a meteorologist for the Fox 2-TV station in St Louis, MO.
