Slick surfaces in some spots

Weather changes in the St. Louis region brought ice and snow Thursday and overnight Friday. Ice covers most of the trees at Scott Air Force base. Pre-UTA Staff Meeting has been canceled. One hour late reporting has been authorized for Saturday, 2 Dec.
