932nd Airlift Wing receives new plane- November 16, 2007

The commander of Fourth Air Force, Maj. Gen. Robert Duignan (center, in leather jacket), flew a new C-40C from Seattle to the 932nd Airlift Wing at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The wing now has three of the C-40C and three C-9C planes all used for distinguished visitor airlift.
