VMT explained

Master Sgt. Dave Ward, a maintainer with the 932nd Airlift Wing's Maintenance Group, explains to the commander of Fourth Air Force, Maj. Gen. Eric Crabtree (left), how the unit's VMT (Virtual Maintenance Trainer) works. The touchscreen system allow a wide variety of realistic training to take place "virtually" on the screen before the maintainers of C-40C planes go out and touch the aircraft on the real flightline. Listening in (at right) is Col. William Edwards, Jr., commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Chris Parr).
