Proud C-9 crew chiefs
Master Sgts. Forbes Blackford (left) and Mark Spicer have nearly 50 years combined experience maintaining the C-9 aircraft. Both reservists began their careers at the 932nd Maintenance Squadron when the C-9A model was used for aeromedical evacuation. Today, they help maintain the C-9C which has been used for distinguished airlift (DV) at the 932nd Airlift Wing (Reserve) since 2005. Also, each NCO has flown aboard many missions as the flying crew chief. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Dan Oliver)
