Protecting what's important
Tech. Sgt. Chris Parr holds on to his most important piece of motorcycle equipment--the helmet. He reminds other riders to be safe. A base-wide Motorcycle Safety Day is 14 April, and begins at 0900 with a mandatory Scott AFB Motorcycle Safety "All Call" for those who ride motorcycles in the Base Theater. Motorcycle Safety Day afternoon events will continue at the pavilions next to ALS starting at 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The focus of the event is to promote motorcycle safety and rider awareness throughout Team Scott. All military, civilian, contractor riders and anyone who is considering operating or purchasing a motorcycle are invited to participate. (U.S. Air Force photo/Maj. Stan Paregien)
