Colonel Schwartz gets the 'fini' treatment

Col. Douglas Schwartz, vice-commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, gets doused following his "fini" flight on the C-40C. Family, friends and fellow aircrew took turns spraying down Schwartz on the Scott Air Force Base flight line.
