Legal officer honored by civilian employer

Capt. Amy Morgan, 932nd Airlift Wing legal officer, was named "Legal Advocate of the Month" recently by her civilian employer. She recieved the honor for her "exemplary" contributions to the Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation, in Alton, Ill. She is an attorney for the foundation and specializes in family issues and domestic violence. Morgan said the spirit of serving her country led her to change careers and pursue a law degree. She has worked on behalf of those less fortunate in Madison County since 2008.
