Tech. Sgt. Michael Griesemer was selected as the top weather NCO in Air Force Reserve Command for 2011, officials announced. Griesemer has been a reservist at the 932nd Airlift Wing for two years and is assigned to the 12th Operational Weather Flight at Scott Air Force Base.
