Getting it right

Tech. Sgt. Dan Rubliatus uses a level to make sure his work is correct before attaching the metal air vent. Rubliatus and several other 932nd Civil Engineers worked in building 3650 hanging wallpaper, moving audio-visual wiring and other tasks while on annual tour.
