Wing commander welcomes civilian employers

Col. Albert V. Lupenski, commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, briefs civilian employers about the Air Force Reserve mission at the annual Boss Day activities. Employers of traditional reservists were able to get a close-up look at what occurs during a weekend monthly drill at the 932nd AW. Boss Day is supported by The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve program (ESGR). The 932nd AW is only Air Force Reserve unit that flies the C-40C. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt.
