Civil engineers from 932nd AW help build new field house
Senior Master Sgt. Kevin Bell applies caulking to windows at the new Riverside Christian Academy fieldhouse in Fayetteville, Tenn. Bell and other 932nd Civil Engineer Squadron members have been working at the site since mid-July as part of annual training. The Individual Readiness Training (IRT) is managed by the Air Force Reserve Command which coordinates military bases and communities who meet certain fiscal, legal and project requirements. The IRT allows reservists to use their skills while local communities receive assistance with construction projects. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Dan Oliver)
