Col. Albert Lupenski, commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, speaks to auto racing fans at an area speedway near Granite City, Ill. Lupenski spoke to the big crowd and was interviewed by track announcer Doug Jenkins just before the races began. The colonel was also there to cheer the Salty Dog race team, which proudly sports the Air Force Reserve logo on its hood.
