Col. Meredith Goodwin, commander of the 932nd Medical Squadron, (MDS) presents Senior Master Sgt. Toni Hornbostel the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal at her retirement ceremony held Feb. 9, 2013. Hornbostel has had an illustrious military career that began in 1975. Hornbostel has deployed overseas and participated in numerous exercises and humanitarian missions. She served a total of 38 years--all in the medical services career field. Hornbostel was assigned a variety of medical positions during her time at the 932nd Airlift Wing. She was the senior ART (air reserve technician) at the 932nd Aerospace Medical Squadron for four years; and has been the senior ART for the 932nd MDS Squadron since 2004. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech.
