932nd MXG leadership learn about strategic planning

Senior leaders from the 932nd Airlift Wing Maintenance Group work together to develop a strategic plan for their group, Dec. 5, 2017, 932nd AW Headquarters, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The training, ran by Stephanie Boehning, process manager for the 932nd AW, helped the group identify goals and objectives for their strategic priority of taking care of the Airmen and families. Each Sticky note contains on objective. The use of sticky notes allows the group members to capture all possible objectives, group them and prioritize them to determine which ones will become part of the strategic plan. Watching tail clearance closely

A 932nd Airlift Wing maintaining crew with the C-40C watches the clearance of a tail and performs a post flight visual inspection at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The 932nd Maintenance Group tows the plane inside the hangar and looks for any possible bird strike or rock damage that might have occurred during the flight. The 932nd Airlift Wing, an Air Force Reserve flying unit, is the only Reserve wing to fly the C-40C, operational support and team travel distinguished visitor aircraft worldwide.
