Col. Albert Lupenski, commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, gives command of the 932nd Mission Support Group to Lt. Col Constance Jenkins. Jenkins' previous assignment was deputy commander for Air Transportation, 349th Mission Support Group at Travis Air Force Base. The assumption of command ceremony was held June 9 at Scott Air Force Base.
