932nd's newest honorary member...Puddles Published April 5, 2007 By 932nd Airlift Wing Public Affairs 932nd Airlift Wing Scott AFB, Ill. -- A recent visitor popped in to see Diane Grapperhaus in the command section. "Puddles" is of the German Sheppard descent and is 5 months old. She is the new family pet of Airman Tyler McGowan who has done security work and honor guard. Puddles' dad, brother, and uncle were all working dogs. She came to Airman McGowan already AKC registered from a sergeant who is a local breeder. "Puddles diet consists of 4 cups of Puppy Chow a day and all the water she can drink," said Airman McGowan. Since Puddles is a member of the McGowan family, he pointed out she is destined for the good life being next to her master, sleeping on soft doggy beds, playing with toys, and enjoying a climate controlled environment. "Her duties will consist of being a big, big baby and a great cuddler, of which, she has mastered already. She likes to play and be with my family," said Airman McGowan.
