SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --

"Under the circumstances that we find ourselves in, people are struggling to get the resources they need in order to keep any sense of normalcy.

I’m fortunate enough to have down days right now and when I saw online that they needed extra hands - I was more then happy to help.

You can tell that elderly people, people with families, and people with essential jobs are struggling and being an extra set of hands to get them to the resources they need is a great feeling," said Boettcher.
