Taking care of fitness helps resiliency

Registration is now OPEN for the August/September Running Clinic held on base:

 

Mark your dates for 5 August – 26 September and consider:

There will be 2 sessions.  You can choose between the morning session (0715-0815) or the afternoon session (1515-1615). This hands-on, eight week clinic is designed to help improve the 1.5 mile run.  This is important to maintain fitness and resiliency for military members.

How could this help reservists who are prepping for a fitness test?

Average improvement is 1:30 off aerobic component of fitness assessment which keeps everyone ready for daily fitness challenges, dealing with stress and future deployment readiness. The clinic meets Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 07:15 a.m. or 3:15 p.m., and is open to all Active Duty, and Air Force Reservists.
