More Customer Service changes

Scott AFB, Ill. --  To better serve our customers, the
following changes are effective immediately
in Customer Service. 

During the UTA, ID cards will only
be available at the 375th Customer Service
office located in Bldg. P10. 

Any member needing an ID, to include dependent
and retiree, must do so at P10. 

This should eliminate the long waits
members have been experiencing.
All other services can be given at
either the 375th Customer Service or the
932nd location. For all services relating
to the UPRG, members must go to
the 932nd location. 

Customer Service has also done
away with closing during the week for
lunch. The following are the new hours
for Customer Service. 

Monday-Friday
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday &
Friday: 0730-1500 

Thursdays: 0730-1200 

On UTA Weekends, Customer Service
will be issuing ID cards from Bldg
P10 only. 

Saturday: 0800-1500
Sunday: 0930-1500
