"Echo Taps Worldwide" honors fallen on Armed Forces Day

Charles Veale, a Civil War soldier with Company D, 4th U.S. Colored Troops who received the Medal of Honor for his acts of heroism at Cahpins Farm, Va., Sept. 29, 1864.
