Wing warrior runs offered

In efforts to help improve your fitness score, we will be holding Wing Warrior Runs each UTA.

When: Saturday of the UTA's
Time: 1500 - 1600
Location: James Track
Uniform: PT (recommended)
Bring: Water

The Wing Warrior Runs will consist of:

- Running speed work
- Push-ups
- Sit-ups
- Warm-up/Cool-down Stretching

These workouts will not count as a complete Fitness Assessment and attendance will not be taken unless required by your unit commander.

To effectively improve your score, you should be exercising between UTA's as well. The Wing Warrior Runs will provide a base as to what you should be doing to train for the PT test. Exercising only once a month will not improve your score, you should be training at least 5 days/week - this not only will help improve your score, it will also improve your health.
