Customer Feedback Survey Active Duty, Civilians, Retirees, Contractors, Family Members, etc. are encouraged to take the Customer Feedback Survey now through Jan. 15, 2009. Every year, Headquarters Air Force Services conducts this Customer Feedback Survey to assess customer satisfaction with base level Services programs. This year there is an exciting change.
