SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --  Customer Feedback Survey offered

Active Duty, Civilians, Retirees, Contractors, Family Members, etc. are encouraged to take the Customer Feedback Survey now through Jan. 15, 2009. Survey can be found at http://www.usafservue.com/se.ashx?s=3D6717A30D35F285 or via a link at www.375services.com. Every year, Headquarters Air Force Services conducts this Customer Feedback Survey to assess customer satisfaction with base level Services programs. This year there is an exciting change. The Air Force has merged Mission Support and Services to create new synergies and improve customer services. The Air Force Customer Feedback survey now includes A1 functions.

Santa Book 'n Bowl 

Join us for bowling, stories, prizes and lots of fun at the Stars & Strikes Bowling Center on Dec. 19 from 5:30-7 p.m. Cost is $5/person, which includes bowling, soda and stories. A visit with Santa, holiday crafts and door prizes will be provided. To register, call the Bowling Center at 256-4054. 

Base-Wide Yard Sale

Sign up at Outdoor Recreation to sell items at the next Base Wide Yard Sale on Dec. 20, 8 a.m. to noon, held inside Rockwell Hall (Pronto Pizza). The cost is $10 which includes one table, two chairs and an area to display items. Deadline for sign ups is at noon Dec. 19. Reservations can be made online at www.375services.com/IA/odr/yard, over the phone or in person. Full refunds are given with a 48 hour cancellation notification or if the staff cancels the sale. Introduction to Aviation Course 

The Aero Club is offering a FREE special Introduction to Aviation Course on two consecutive Saturdays. Part I will be held Jan. 3 and Part II will be held Jan. 10, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. each day. This course covers the basic terms of flying and current regulations.
