Every year, Headquarters Air Force Services conducts this Customer Feedback Survey to assess customer satisfaction with base level Services programs. This year there is an exciting change. The Air Force has merged Mission Support and Services to create new synergies and improve customer services. The Air Force Customer Feedback survey now includes A1 functions.
