Flight nurses and medical technicians of the 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, located at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., discuss over radio headsets how to care for a simulated practice patient during a training flight Dec. 17, 2017. They flew aboard a scheduled training flight, to get experience in the air, courtesy of the 507th Air Refueling Wing out of Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, who provided aircrew aboard the KC-135 plane. This gave 932nd AES a chance to provide upgrade training and refresher skills to several Airmen, separately from unit training assembly weekends.
