Professional development plans the future
The 932nd Airlift Wing force development working group, under 22nd Air Force, and the Air Force Reserve Command, held a professional development planning session on November 15, 2016. Two teams with enlisted leaders from public affairs, history, executive office, education, and other wing areas met to discuss first term Airman's programs of development and strategic plan for the upcoming calendar year in 2017. Various courses will be offered in the new year that are designed to promote personal and professional growth for Air Force Reserve Command members at the Scott Air Force Base unit. Tech. Sgt. James Hollenkamp points out a possible course of action for what could happen on day two of the future event. (U.S. Air Force photo by Christopher Parr)
