932nd Airlift Wing honors veterans

Fellow veterans and members of the St. Charles community talk with Col. John C. Flournoy, Jr., (left) after his Veteran's Day presentation to students, faculty and the public at Fort Zumwalt's school district in Missouri. The Colonel is the commander of the 932nd Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve, located at Scott Air Force Base near Belleville, Ill. The 932nd Airlift Wing flies both the C-9C and C-40C distinguished visitor aircraft. These American Legion members (right) are World War II veterans who came out to the event presented by thee South Middle School Veterans Appreciation Committee. In addition to guest speaker Col.
