Lt. Col. Kathryn Russel recieves the 932nd Force Support Squadron (FSS) flag from Col. Lynn Jobes, commander, of the 932nd Mission Support Group. Colonel Russell now commands the newly-formed 932nd FSS, which represents the merger of Services and the Military Personnel Flight.
