The "Sheriff" retires
Air Force Reserve Master Sgt. Leslie Burnam knows military and civilian law enforcement. He has been a long-time member of the 932nd Security Forces Squadron and is the Sheriff of Trigg County, Kentucky. Sadly, June was Sergeant Burnam's last monthly unit drill. He decided to retire, because of his expanding duties as county sheriff. Sergeant Burnam proudly served his country for 23 years. His parting words were for the young Airmen. "Take advantage of the training and opportunities the Reserve offers.. You'll reap benefits down the road." (U.S. Air Force photo/Maj. Stan Paregien)
