Chief supports leadership development

The top ranked enlisted Airman at the 932nd Airlift Wing, Command Chief Master Chad Welch, smiles and congratulates Tech Sgt. Blake Martin, upon his graduation from the NCO Leadership Development Course on August 18, 2017 at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The chief and other wing leaders spoke to the graduates.
