Congratulations new chief
The 932nd Airlift Wing commander, Col. Jonathan Philebaum (left), smiles as new Chief Master Sgt. Robert Cutchin, is "pinned on" with his new enlisted rank with a little bit of "friendly assistance" from the 932nd Medical Group's Senior Air Reserve Technician, Chief Master Sgt. George Vaughn. The promotion event took place at their headquarters building March 1, 2017, on Scott Air Force Base, near Belleville, Ill. The three work together as part of an energized unit team at the 932nd Airlift Wing, preparing Airmen monthly through readiness events and ongoing training in Illinois. The unit is part of 22nd Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command. (U.S. Air Force photo by Lt. Col. Stan Paregien)
