Talking strategy for 2017

Commander of the 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, Lt. Col. Kathleen Kent, talks with 932nd Airlift Wing Command Chief Master Sgt. Chad Welch, the top enlisted leader, about the challenges and strategic plan for 2017 during a recent commander's off site session. She and the other squadron and group commanders discussed priorities for the rest of 2016 and 2017, which include executing the mission, leading people, managing resources, and improving the unit as they gear up for inspections and possible future deployments.
