Reserve unit stays involved in fitness

2/10/2012 - SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- The 932nd Airlift Wing stays involved in fitness both during drill weekends and at other times as available.  A special running time has been set for the "SCOTT RUNNING CLINIC"  that goes from 13 February - 23 March.

"This 6-week progressive training program will help you improve your 1.5 mile run time by increasing running endurance and building speed. On average, this program has helped past participants improve 1.5 mile run time by 1:12!

"The program is open to reservists and active duty of all branches with times 13:15 or slower," said Lt. Col. Stephanie Boehning, process manager for the 932nd Airlift Wing.

The class meets every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 1500-1600 during the 6 weeks. Please call 256-7139 to enroll.
