Keeping the flags moving during POW/MIA vigil run

U.S. Air Force Reserve Citizen Airmen from the 932nd Airlift Wing keep the American and POW/MIA flags moving around the James Gym track during the 10th Annual Air Force Sergeants Association POW/MIA Vigil Run, Nov. 15, 2019, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The run/walk honors all POW/MIAs as the flag is carried for 24 hours. The cold temperatures were visible in the cold breaths and frost on the flags but that didn't stop the flags from continually moving. (U.S. Air Force photo by Christopher Parr)
