Honorary commanders representing communities around the Scott Air Force Base area came out to interact with 932nd Airlift Wing leadership on Nov. 29, 2017. Honorary commanders are civic leaders matched up to various wing and group commanders at the base units. They serve that role throughout the year, representing various towns around the Scott Air Force Base area. Making her way quickly around the last lap of a recent 1.5 mile fitness test is Tech. Sgt. Stephanie Johnson, wearing the number three jersey, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. She scored a perfect 100 points on her overall fitness test and had some tips for others to improve in the future:

The 932nd Airlift Wing said farewell to a large group of deployers during the unit training assembly on Dec. 2, 2017, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Here Maj. The 932nd Airlift Wing said farewell today to a large group of Air Force Reserve Command deployers from the Illinois unit, who will be heading out shortly to parts unknown to serve the nation. Thanks and congratulations to everyone who worked behind the scenes, including our legal and finance teams, along with the American Red Cross, the VA, USO, wing leadership, the chaplains, key spouses, yellow ribbon, and Airmen and family readiness personnel.
