932nd Aeromedical Squadron gets training with Oklahoma unit
Senior Master Sgt. Michael Mikoff gives a thumbs up sign as he and other 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron members wait to take off from Jacksonville Naval Air Station, Florida, on a KC-135 refueling aircraft Dec. 17, 2017. Mikoff served as the mission noncommissioned office in charger as his squadron flew aboard a training flight, to get more experience in the air, complete check rides, and finish upgrade training, courtesy of the 507th Air Refueling Wing from Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The 507th provided the aircrew aboard the KC-135 refueling plane. This gave 932nd AES a chance to provide refresher skills to several medical Airmen, separately from busy unit training assembly weekends. The flag at right was flown aboard to honor one of the 932nd AES former members, Chief Master Sgt. Heather Braundmeier, who is retiring soon.
